Why is the mouse movement very clumsy and make me have trouble attacking enemies?
"In my case, when I place the cursor on other character or a monster, I cannot get an immediate click on the target if the monster changes direction or move.
Even if I click on the monster, I get the icon in the shape of a hand pointing on the ground". When you cannot attack a target, select "No Shadow" in the option, set the color on 16 bits, and make sure that the screen size is either set on 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. Please refer to the "Graphic Driver Update" section under our homepage "Download" section.
Why do I still get the blue screen after installing DirectX and updating the drivers?
If you get a "parity error" in other application programs as well, then your computer system maybe in a critical condition. We recommend you reinstall Windows.
If you only get the "parity error" when you run Savage Eden, then it could be that the program was not correctly installed, because the "parity error" has not been detected from any other Savage Eden users. In this case, uninstall Savage Eden and try re-installing after downloading again.
Why do I get broken graphic displays?
Savage Eden supports most of the 3D cards. Update your graphic card driver to the latest version and try installing the latest version of DirectX.
Why am I experiencing lag?
ou must update your driver. If you previously had no problems with the game but suddenly the game is slow and lagging, then it is possible that your driver setting might have changed as you installed a new program to your system. Try installing the latest version of the driver after downloading Savage Eden from the SavageEden.com homepage.
How can I find out about the type of graphic card installed in my computer?
Go to the Control Panel, select System Device Manager, and click on Video. You can also right-click on the mouse on "My Computer", select Registration Info. On the very bottom of the menu, and select Device Manager to get the information you desire. Another way to access the video card information would be right-clicking on the mouse on the Desktop screen, selecting Registration Info., and selecting "Advanced" on the setting tab.
